MaxAlgo (the "App") is a financial market tracking application designed for adult users. This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

1. Information Collection and Use While using our App, we collect certain information to ensure app functionality, stability, and to provide relevant advertisements:

Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: We use Google Firebase to monitor and analyze app usage and performance. This includes collecting crash logs and device-specific information to diagnose and fix errors.

Identifiers: We collect and share device identifiers (such as Advertising IDs) to facilitate ad delivery and analyze marketing performance.

Financial Market Data: The App requires internet access to fetch real-time prices for Cryptocurrencies and Stocks.

2. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing The App integrates third-party SDKs that may collect and share information used to identify you or your device:

Google Play Services

Google Firebase (Analytics, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics)

AdMob (Google Ads): AdMob may use your Advertising ID and coarse location data to serve personalized advertisements based on your interests.

3. Background Processing & Alerts MaxAlgo uses WorkManager to track market prices in the background. This process monitors user-defined targets and triggers local or push notifications when targets are reached. This operation does not access private user files or sensitive personal data.

4. Data Security and Encryption We value your trust. All data transmitted between the App and third-party services is encrypted in transit. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Children’s Privacy Our Service is directed to an adult audience and does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.

6. Data Deletion Since MaxAlgo does not require a user account (login), we do not store personal profiles on our servers. Users can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the App or resetting their Advertising ID through their device settings.
